"The location was perfect. Great view. Lots of activity within walking distance. Enjoyed watching the action since we overlooked the Port of Cleveland. Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Definitely a repeat."

"The unit was very clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy and plenty of pillows were provided. I tend to be a little on the picky side, I don't require "fancy" but cleanliness and comfort are paramount and the Boathouse provided us with both. The host was quick to answer any questions and was very friendly and welcoming via messages. I will say that if anyone has mobility issues, there is some walking involved..just an fyi. There's construction currently at the front of the building and...

"The location was excellent as we were in town to attend a concert at Cleveland Browns stadium (5-10 minute walk). Also very convenient to The Flats with numerous restaurants and bars (5 minute walk). Also attended an Indians (Guardians) game, which was a 20 minute walk from the condo. The rooftop was the highlight of the property, however, with excellent views of Lake Erie and the Browns stadium. "

"Great property manager great place."

"I booked this apartment for my wedding weekend for the girls to get ready and then for us to stay at that night. The property lists both free off site and free on site parking. This is not true. Unfortunately, that was one of the main reasons I chose the property as I was having hair, makeup and photographer coming to the location. I reached out to confirm the parking a couple days beflre when my check-in information didnt provide any parking info. There were a couple back and forth messages....

"Good for the most part. There needs to be ventilation in the bathrooms. There were no vent fans in either bathroom. There was mold growing back on the ceilings in the bathrooms! They needed to slip proof the tubs. I had no communication with the property owner other than getting checked in!"

"This property was falsely advertised ysung staged photos that weren't current and was filthy.Im currently in dispute as We Left to a hotel less then 4 hours after check in and the owner refused a refund of any kind for a 30 day stay.Ive never had this bad luck with vrbo begore."
