Tyra Summit Colorado Den Condo is a perfectly located, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, premium condo that sleeps up to 8 people. Located right next to Four O’Clock ski run and a short 5-minute walk from the free shuttle, you’ll have easy access to everything Breckenridge has to offer! You’ll also love the nice finishes in this updated property. The living area is an open concept with the living room, kitchen, and dining area all open to each other so you can enjoy the company of your fellow travelers as you take in the view of the ski run right outside the plentiful windows. There’s a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen TV with complimentary cable so you can watch your favorite shows or catch the game.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes equipped with all the gear you’ll need to whip up a memorable meal for your party if you decide to stay in instead of exploring the restaurant scene in Downtown Breckenridge. The dining area is just off the kitchen with seating at the dining room table for six, and there’s two additional seats at the counter.

Just off the living area is the spacious deck with comfortable outdoor furniture. And, you can literally walk directly from the porch to the ski run! Other amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for one vehicle in the underground parking garage, a shared hot tub, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. As with all SMR properties, we supply all linens and basic toiletries, and each home is professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival. Hidden gem

We loved staying at this property! The condo was clean upon arrival and the beds were comfortable. It’s in a quiet location. The kids loved playing out in the back and hiking up the trail in the back. We will definitely be back!! One of our favorite spots.

Family Fun Ski Trip!

So warm and cozy. If we had any questions, the rental agency was very quick to respond. And it was great that the checking out checklist was small and easy to accomplish. We made many wonderful memories and will plan on looking to book again when we return. Thank you for your hospitality!

Fall weekend in Breck

Check-in for condo was at property management company in downtown area, which was very busy at the time of our arrival. While the check-in process itself was very smooth and organized, checking in at a different location was a little inconvenient (especially with small children in tow). Condo was well equipped and very clean. Ample places for our family to spread out and relax. Enjoyed walks up the mountain directly from the unit. As specified in the listing, there is only 1 parking spot for the unit. Overnight parking for additional cars is not within walking distance. The accessibility of a first floor unit was nice, but we also heard a lot of activity from the unit above. Overall, a great condo in a beautiful location.

Amazing location for skiing etc

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You can ski up to the the back patio, leave your skis there and walk inside! To get on the Snowflake lift you just need to ski down 4 oclock run to the edge of 4 oclock road, then take your skis off and walk across the street to Snowflake lift. The Kitchen is well stocked, place is clean and freshly remodeled! The only complaints we had are very easy to fix.The Wifi connection information we were given did not work, we were able to get onto a neighbors wifi with the same password but the signal was poor. A good router installed in the unit would easily fix this issue.The humidifiers were both old and did not work well if at all. Another super easy correction for the owners.Patio door blinds would not open properly. They are the older style that have probably reached their life. Another super easy fix.We are very interested in renting this space for many years to come, hopefully these minor issues are resolved soon.

This is our 4th consecutive stay at this building (different units)We enjoy the easy access to the mountains straight from the patio. The location is great for mountain access. Our boys love the bike course right off 4-oclock run. Very bummed there is no longer a grill. It appeared all the units no longer have grills. The HOA should consider a community grill if they banned them.

Great place for a slopeside stay

The condo has a nice layout, good atmosphere, lots of storage and hooks (which is key with a group), and is ideally located next to the hot tub area!

Great Location

This property is in a great location for the slopes. You can ski down 4 oclock straight to the back patio. The condo is right near the hot tob and heated pool. The staff was very attentive to any communication sent. Breck is a great place to visit!

You can not beat the location - ski in and ski out on 4 o’clock!! Plus the full size kitchen, dining space for a large group and multiple sleeping options. On top of this, you have a great corner porch that you step off of onto the run.

We enjoyed our stay over the holidays--unit was very clean, kitchen well-equipped, true ski in/out with perfect location on 4 O'Clock run. Property manager responded immediately to an issue with fireplace. Thanks for a great visit--we would definitely rent again. (Only suggestion is bed linens could use an upgrade.)

Location is close to Main Street, but I wouldn’t call it super walkable for everyone. There is a significant incline on both the road and trail. It isn’t long and we did it with kids, but it’s something to keep in mind. The bus stop is also down that hill, so we ended up using the car more than we planned. Garage parking was great. Nice spacious and clean unit. No problems staying cool even without the A/C. Lots of pillows and blankets, too! Would consider renting again!

This condo is awesome! The location is great, spacious, well furnished and equipped. It backs up to the 4 O’clock run serviced by the Snowflake Chair which was still running on April 21st.

Winter Break in Breck

This was a nice property, well-decorated and in a good location right on 4 O’clock run out the back deck. Truly ski-in, ski-out. The condo had everything we needed and the parking garage was a plus. Thank you for a lovely stay.
