You’ll find the ski slopes within 200 yards of this beautiful unit in the Westridge Townhomes, conveniently located within walking distance of the Snowflake lift and just a five-minute drive away from downtown Breckenridge.

This immaculate three-bedroom Breckenridge townhome offers every imaginable comfort spread out in spacious living space. In addition to a professionally decorated interior you’ll find a full range of premium amenities, including living area with towering vaulted ceilings, rich hardwood floors and a spacious master bathroom with a jetted tub as well as private hot tub.

Sip hot cocoa as you sit before the gas fireplace. Additionally, you’ll have access to on-site laundry facilities and a private garage with additional parking in the driveway.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Location was enough away from the downtown to enjoy total seclusion but close enough to be able to walk into town. The house had everything we needed and was so very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location

This condo is in a perfect spot for mountain access from several points. Our sons had a great time skiing and the condo is close to most everything. VERY clean and well appointed. Our only issue was luke warm showers for the bathrooms downstairs.

Christmas Ski Vacation

The condo was very nice with plenty of room for our family of five. The hot tub was very nice after a day of skiing. The living area also had plenty of room for us to play games together and relax. The walk to the Snowflake green ski run was fairly short, but slightly uphill. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable lodging close to the mountain

We had a really nice 5 day stay in Breckenridge and enjoyed the comforts of this lovely home. Admittedly we were hoping the walk to the slopes was a little more convenient. It was an uphill climb on icy terrain that left us pretty tired by the time we got to the slope. Also, finding the path on the way back was pretty challenging. That being said, it's a short drive to Snowflake lift which is not at all crowded. The house itself was spacious with a very good layout for a group of 6 people. Was happy to find the kitchen very well stocked. Only comment is that there were quite a few things that needed repair while we were there. That being said, the staff was very responsive and quick to get things taken care of for us. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to stay close to the mountain. We had a great time!

NOT a ski in ski out

It was a wonderful house. Heated garage. Heated floors. Fire place. Hot tub. Closer to all the lifts if you drive. Only 1 min drive to snowflake lift drop off. The only thing I was hoping for a ski-in and ski-out location but it is NOT. It looks so close on every map. The Snowflake run to the house is flat and in some places uphill! :( After a long day of skiing it was exhausting. Plus for midwesterners the lack of O2 didn’t help. For any little kids and we had a snowboarder just expect to walk uphill. Then you have to walk on the street and walk uphill to the house. We rented a car so we only tried Snowflake once. Otherwise we got picked up at the 4 O’clock spur which ends across the street from the snowflake lift. Only a 1 min Drive to the house. I only saw one review talk about skiing back to this townhome. So, I hope this helps.

Nice stay with awkward next door neighbor

We had an amazing anniversary stay, with a great location. We had two awkward encounters with the owners that shared the adjoining townhouse. One asked if we lost power and wanted to check the electrical panel in our rental. With no identification we had no idea who this person was. Another was in the same night the neighbor lady rang the doorbell at night and asked us to open the door. I refused, not knowing who this individual was. She asked us to turn off the porch light so they could see the stars on a cloudy night. Two experiences were awkward, other then that the place was nice.

Great property/location

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the property is beautiful and in a great location. Skiing in can be some hard work as the snowflake trail is mostly flat leading up to the path that will take you home, but if you can keep up your speed off of the crosscut trail it goes by quickly. If you can’t you’ll either be walking or pumping your arms for 10ish minutes. You could also take the bus home (free, no pass required) by hopping on at one of the peak bases and getting off at the charter sports blue sky location and walking home (~15-20 minutes uphill) or getting picked up by car there if you’re not comfortable making it down the mountain to ski in. Skiing out is easy, trail is a 2 minute walk away and the snowflake lift is a 1 minute ski down the trail. Hot tub was very nice and the humidifiers in the rooms were also a nice touch. Wifi worked fine. The TVs all have cable but do not have smart capability, but I brought a chromecast from home so we could watch streaming services and that worked fine. I only had some minor complaints (a handful of bulbs were out, pizza cutter broke during use,

Lights in master bedroom did not work Light bulbs over vanity in master bathroom need replaced as not functioning Several light bulbs in cathedral ceiling need replaced Toilet on main level kept running. Float needs serviced Microwave in kitchen squealed when turned on. Fan is sticking and needs serviced Garbage disposal is extremely load. Needs serviced Left fold door on fire place does not open without falling out of track Floor lamp in Living Room not working. Could need light bulb replaced Light bulbs in garage need replaced as very dim.
