Location and great service
We had an exceptional experience with this hotel. Their service was outstanding. Our travel companions had their flight changed and they didn't arrive until 4 AM. The staff was there to greet them and get them settled in their room. The breakfast was very good as was the restaurant. t is also situated in the heart of Brasov.

2 night stay at Hoel Bela Muzica
A lovely stay at Hotel Bela Muzica, centrally located iacross the syreet from the old town center Breakfast was included and and was varied and plentiful. Discount was given at hotel reastaurant for dinner. There is no elevator which could pose a problem for those not on a ground level floor. Plenty of hot water. Comfy bed and pillows. The town is charming

Great location, bad smell
The hotel is very well located right in the historic square and the building itself is a historical one renovated with care and quality materials. The rooms have everything you need. The only complaint is there is a very bad sewage smell coming from the bathrooms (tried to switch rooms and it had the same issue) which makes it very uncomfortable and unpleasant for a hotel of such prestige. They tried a quick fix pouring water, but it didn't do anything, serious maintenance is needed.

Interesting 400-year-old building, comfortable and well located. I loved the skylights in my attic room, especially since it was a full moon. The restaurant had good wine and ghoulash. Breakfast wasn’t great though. Could walk everywhere in Old Town easily from here. My only complaint is that the Wi-Fi connection was pretty bad, especially in the evenings.

Convenient but noisy location, terrible breakfast
The hotel is very central but on a super noisy street. Lack of parking is a major issue. Room was old fashioned and a bit worn, but the bathroom was large, new and clean. Service and staff kindness were average. Breakfast was horrible - cheap industrial produce, even the “orange juice” was made with artificial powders and zero actual orange. Since 1 liter of 100% orange juice from concentrate costs about 0.7€ in Romania there is no justification for this.

Wonderful old building, friendly staff, right across from the main square and church. Parking is a small walk around the block and in some tight spots, but that's just Romania.

Gem in Brasov
This hotel is a gem! We had the junior suite and it was remarkable. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was an excellent buffet style with timed seating, which I like. Location is perfect to the main plaza. The restaurant was excellent also. We had a few small issues with the room when we checked in, but the staff quickly(within 15 minutes) remedied the issues. Our room faced the main plaza and road, but the quality of the windows kept things quiet when closed. The staff was engaged and helpful with direction for Covid testing which was very helpful. Very pleased!

Beautiful and historic!
Beautiful, historic hotel steps away from Piața Sfatului. The service was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious and included traditional Western breakfast items as well as Romanian specialties such as zacuscă. My only complaint was that the basic double room was very small to the point where we had trouble opening our suitcases, but I enjoyed everything else about the hotel so much that I would happily stay here again in one of their larger room offerings.

Nice place to stay, close to everything
The location is ideal, just across from Central Square inside of old city. Most attractions are walking distance. The room was basic but clean, bathroom well supplied with toiletries and hot water. Excellent breakfast with everything you need to start the day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to the hotel restaurant one day and the food and atmosphere was really nice.

Great little hotel! Excellent location, right next to the Black Church and the main city square. The receptionists and housekeepers/ employees were all nice and accommodating, especially Cristian. He gave us a lot of information about the city and Romania and was generally very friendly. There are no elevators in the building, as it is an old building.The room itself is small, but so quaint. The little windows were so charming, as you can poke your head out and have a view of the Brasov sign. Restroom is small but modern. Air conditioning unit worked, the television was a little dated. Bedding was nice and the room itself was clean. Breakfast buffet is great: sausage, eggs, bacon, toast, small cakes and pastries, jam, yogurt, juice, cheese, and variety of salami.

Hotel and location are great. Parking could be an issue to be resolved beforehand. Upmarket for the tourist, cute but not authentic. Recently upgraded. No lift!

Great Little Hotel with Perfect Location
This is a basic but quaint hotel with the perfect location in Brasov. You step out the front door and are literally at the main square (see the photo for what you see as you step out). It was rather obviously popular with tourists from all parts of the world. The rooms are basic, compact and immaculately clean. The first night, I stayed in a single; the second night, in a double, because I decided to stay another night in Brasov last-minute and the hotel only had a double. Neither room had a view and I kept the curtains closed - maybe they save the square-facing rooms for the suites. The air conditioning worked in the second room but not in the first. The front desk staff is exceptional. (Thanks, Diana!) They also recommended a tour guide who was equally exceptional (Adrian of Transylvania Wise Tours). The hotel restaurant also appeared very nice and popular, though I did not get a chance to eat in it. Overall, this is an easy choice if you're in Brasov and want to ensure a pleasant experience.

Great location!
This hotel is in an ideal location. If I scheduled my activities correctly, I was able to swing by in the afternoon to relax and cool down before heading out again. Breakfast was also tasty, but the real highlight was the staff. Helpful and friendly, they made my stay in Brasov just that much better.

Great hotel with a lot of charm
The hotel is perfectly located for a visit to Brashov. It has a charming atmosphere in an old-world way. Staff were all excellent. Rooms are on the small-ish side, but no more than can be expected in a hotel of this age. The shower is very powerful. The main Bella Muzica restaurant in the vaults under the hotel is outstanding, Hotel and restaurant staff could not have been better.

Well located hotel
We were initially given a room which was overlooking a noisy machinery situated just outside the window. We asked to change room, the request was accommodated but the room was noisy from people going through the corridor. The room was also hot and dry, and overall didn't have a very good sleep. The hotel is in an ideal location, although the car park is a bit far off from the property. The building is beautiful and very well maintained; we also found the staff to be courteous and friendly. Breakfast was varied but not particularly memorable.

Perfect Location
We spent four nights the end of March at Bella Musica. Very quaint and well decorated but with all the modern conveniences. The upgraded room is well worth the price for additional comfort and space. Service was exceptional. Staff went out of their way to accommodate our wishes. Excellent breakfast. However dinners were not as good. Restaurant setting was beautiful in fourteenth century cellar. Many good bars and cafes on the square to enjoy a drink and some people watching. Casa Wagner had excellent food and drinks.

Loved it, loved it, loved it! Friendly staff, great rooms,standard was a bit cosy but adequate all the same. Location was perfect, on the main square. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choices. Dinners were somewhat less than spectacular but lots of choices nearby.

In the Heart of Brasov
My fiance arrived at this hotel just over a week into our two-week trip through Central and Eastern Europe and within five minutes we knew we'd picked the right place. Brasov is a lovely mountain town with a lot of charm and Bella Muzica is located right at the center of it. The decor of the hotel and its rooms is spectacular for the price. The interior was fashionable yet comfortable, and the bathroom was a real highlight, featuring high-quality fixtures. The complimentary breakfast was quite good as well. The phone lines were under repair during our stay and our air conditioner didn't work at first, but that was quickly remedied by staff. I can't stress enough though what a good location it is if you're interested in walking around the trendy part of town with shops and restaurants, as well as the black church and other beautiful buildings. We will definitely be returning to Bella Muzica on our next visit.

The location was great, the staff was helpful and the breakfast the best we had in Romania. My one complaint is that our room was quite small, especially considering the cost of the hotel, which was the most expensive we stayed in our entire trip.

Great situation, old well maintained hotel BUT - Standard rooms are very basic. Ours was overlooking a .. wall just 2/3 meters from the windows, with full noise of air conditioning machines installed outside. There are long corridors of those rooms fronting a wall - Breakfast is varied but made of cheap ingredients. Typically orange juice is fake, probably made of powder with water. Fruit salad is out of can, etc Nit a good experience. The only interest is that is central but I am sure there are better options
