"The airport shuttle was ridiculous. Every time we phoned the hotel they put us on hold or hung up. We had 3 people trying and one was on hold for 45 minutes. I finally called the main office and was put through to the hotel desk. We had our bags at the airport at 3:30 and finally reached someone at the hotel at 4:45!! The room was probably renovated in 1990. Awful. Our sink was blocked and my husband figured out how to fix it because no one showed up when I went to the desk to ask for someone to come up and look at it. No one came to clean our room the second day so I finally went downstairs and just asked for some towels. Couldn’t be happier to check out of there! "

"Room floor needed a good cleaning. Dirt on floor. Shower a bit mildewy. Good bar/restaurant. Good front desk staff."

"No the hot tub was Luke warm at best and no where did it say on the website did it say that both pool and hot tub closes at dusk. I’ve never heard of a hotel pool closing before 10 pm. Also our next door occupant was loud all night with loud music playing we even asked for them to quiet down and they said no we had a soccer tournament that our son was playing in and we were lucky to get any sleep. The next morning on championship day game we were woke up with loud music at 5 am it lasted until 9:30 even though we asked for them to quiet down. Isn’t there quiet hours at hotels now days. I have every intention of going through management to get our money back thank goodness our kid wasn’t affected by the lack of sleep because he’s amazing at soccer. I’m livid at the loud staff that when cleaning rooms were talking on cell phones and being just as loud as guests. Isn’t there a rule to be quiet until later in the day.
