"Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. All staff encountered were very nice and friendly. Car park on rooftop of shopping centre was easy to access and navigate. Only one of the two lifts was functioning, hopefully it can be fixed quickly, as access from the car park was at level 2 and reception is on top floor level 12."

"The suite was better than expected, clean, homely and catered for all my needs. My only criticism would be the need for USB sockets as I never took a charger but that would be my only change otherwise I couldn’t recommend enough. "

I don’t think it’s because of my disabilities I think they were just very helpful. Breakfast was very good. With a range of juices and fruits. I would stay here again without hesitation. "
