"Great stay"

"For the price you pay, it’s not bad. The decor may need an update, but the pictures online are true to form. My only real gripe was the plastic mattress protector on the obviously new mattress- you’ll wake up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, I still give my overall experience 5 stars because of the hotel’s staff. They went above and beyond to help me from restaurant reservations, what points of interest to see, and even printed several documents I needed for me. At the end of the day, a hotel is really just a fungible service - a bed to sleep in. The difference is service. I would definitely recommend. "

"Spacious room for 3pax. Convenient location - walkable to city centre. Great view from our room. Underground carpark is great as it was snowing when we visited the area. "

"A wonderful hotel right at the foot of the viaduct. Good breakfast, private parking. We stayed one night to visit the Christmas market. Very convenient."

"Really good value hotel, especially for a solo traveller. Room was a decent size and was clean, staff were very helpful. Car park was a decent size but some of the parking was atrocious so I couldn’t always get a space. Only thing I would change is having a kettle - I did miss morning teas! "

"They took advantage of my illness and acted inhumanely. On the day of arrival at the hotel, I had food poisoning and vomited in the bathroom. At checkout, they charged me €900 for cleaning the bathroom. It was horrific and inhumane – even though the room was cleaned and we stayed there for a whole week, they claimed they would have to close it in order to clean it. Liars, exploiters, and inhumane."

"Great relaxing stay at Braelingen with my family. Although the property doesn't have a hot tub, the nearby (suprisingly warm) lakes makes up for it. The house has a few things to keep the kids and adults entertained after a day of exploring the local area."
