The staff make this place amazing!

Honestly, the staff here are some of the most patient, kind, and generous folks you will ever meet. My only gripe is that the WiFi was very poor and caused issues when in virtual meetings. However, the staff were splendid and am happy to have stayed here.

Big room, very nice bathroom, friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was a little hectic with some guests pushing in. Car park privately owned so have to get ticket validated every time. Comfortable bed. Overall quite pleasant!

This was my first stay in Germany and the hotel was great, they served breakfast every morning and they were able to recommend great alternatives over the weekend. The staff also spoke English which was a plus for me.

Aircondition unit does not work. Called the reception disk. Told me to increase the fan. Its 74 degress in my room. We are sweating bullets. We open the windows but our room is facing the main road so road noise prevent us from sleeping soundly. Took 2 showers just to make myself comfortable.

Ich hatte den Eindruck erst gar nicht genügend Personal. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt obwohl ich mehrere Stunden weg war und das Schild draußen hängen hatte. Der Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Das war im ersten Zimmer dann bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer dort war der Safe funktionsfähig aber so verriegelt im offenen Zustand und dieser Umstand wurde auch nicht behoben obwohl ich die Rezeption darauf hingewiesen hatte und man mir gesagt hat man kümmert sich darum. Das Positive in den Rezessionen erwähnte frühstücksbuffet war auch nicht besser als woanders in derselben hotelkategorie. Das Zimmer war schön geräumig und auch sehr ruhig. Die Beschreibung des Hotels hat mich das so verleitet dass man dort kostenlos parken kann. Es ist dir doch so dass 6,50 € pro Nacht für einen unbewachten Stellplatz im Freien berechnet werden

Alle Mitarbeitenden waren ohne Ausnahme freundlich bis sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Das Zimmer war sauber und gross. Das Bett war sehr gut. Unser Zimmer lag zur Strasse und durch das hohe Verkehrsaufkommen war es manchmal etwas laut. Aber Fenster lassen sich ja auch schliessen. Was leider gut sichtbar negativ auffiel war der offensichtlich von einem Gast mit Gewalt zum Teil heruntergerissene Nachtvorhang. Bei der 3er Lampe über dem Sofa war ein Leuchtmittel defekt. In der Nespresso-Maschine war noch stehendes Wasser vom vorherigen Gast und der Abfalleimer im Bad war nach dem letzten Gast nicht geleert worden. Da haben wohl der Reinigungsdienst UND die Kontrolle versagt. Abgesehen von dem waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Die negativen Punkte habe ich an der Reception deponiert.

na, für mich keine Empfehlung wert.

Der Preis für Nacht war viel zu hoch. Parkplatz und Frühstück jeweils 19,-- unverschämt.... Der Burger an der Bar so lala und das Zimmer war höchstens 18,5°c.

Ganz tolles Hotel

Das Hotel hat gute Zimmer die sehr sauber sind und ein gutes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein sehr angenehmes Bett und das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist dort auch sehr lecker mit so ziemlich allem was man so braucht.
