"Great in between location if your visiting multiple spots in the New England area, we visited Salem and also Boston the train station is right across the street. It’s very easy to get around. The room was nice semi quiet, convenient location to a few different restaurants in a couple of coffee shops and then also the grocery store if you need to get food or other supplies."

Since there is no reception, everything is conducted online. Once we had the room code, checking in was simple. The room was really nice. We stayed in one of the basement apartments. It was clean and had everything we needed. There was a sheet of paper with instructions for anything you might need, supply closet, laundry, contact information etc. There's a train station right across the street from the hotel (as well as restaurant, grocery store, and liquor store). The train comes about once an hour everyday so it was easy for us to come and go as we needed."
