"Was a lovely cabin to stay at, was really nice to be able to have a fire that was set up for us to just use right away. Close to a hiking trail and tucked back enough to feel like you are in the woods."

"Very beautiful 100 year old house, with period furnishings. It is very clean and the hostess was nice and helpful. It is walking distance to the town of Barre which has several dining options and nice downtown. The breakfast was excellent, made with local produce and ingredients. It is a great location as a base to visit different places in Vermont."

"The cabin was wonderful. We had such a great time and relaxed all weekend. The hot tub was clean, hot, and well enjoyed. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck while listening and watching the brook. The fireplace worked great, no issues at all and plenty of wood was available. I did have one small issue but the property owners were very communicative and made right in my opinion. I would happily come back to this property soon in the future. I loved every moment of my vacation here. "
