"I had a business meeting in Bradenton area, and was able to booked the condo at last minute for my trip. The house is beautiful, one and half block from the beach, and half block from the coast. The balcony, settings, decoration, appliances, are beautiful, and up to date. A lot of very clean towels, we left everything as cleaned as received when we left, and treated the house like our own homes. Highly recommended for serious people, this is a very well maintained property, worth the money...

"The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!"

"Apartment was what we were expecting and good location with car parking space. Kitchen well equipped. Shower was not good at all and could do with some attention as it was a trickle. Duvets on all the beds did not have a cover on them but maybe this is a US thing ??? We found it strange not having a cover !! Best thing was the location."

This would have been helpful when opening the door to alarms 🚨 going off, and to only find, we had to disengage the front door alarm at each entry & exit. Note; the garage is located on the backside on a tiny road. The house seemed pretty clean but floors & couches could use a deep clean, maybe even air fresheners in the house. Kitchen...
