Located in West Bradenton, this secluded neighborhood features family homes on quiet residential streets plus super easy access to shopping and dining. Take a short stroll to Palma Sola Bay for serene views, picnicking, kayaking and a boat launch. Find the best seafood in the quaint local restaurants in the Cortez Commercial Fishing Village, several great boutiques, and Tyler's Homemade Ice Cream just around the Corner.
Cross the Cortez bridge and you are on beautiful Anna Maria Island featuring 7 miles of sugar sand beaches.

This one bedroom unit is roomy and well-furnished. The open floor plan utilizes the space well and has everything you need to make your getaway special. You will want to brag to your friends about this perfect haven and everyone will want to make Banyan a regular part of future vacations.

You probably won't want to leave this relaxing home away from home, but if you decide to do some exploring, feel free to walk the neighborhood and enjoy lovely views of the water and the Marina at the end of the street. Or, for more adventure, Palma Sola Bay Kayak Rentals is just 2 blocks away! The historic Cortez fishing village is very close and if you cross the Cortez bridge onto Anna Maria Island, you can get to the sparkling Gulf waters within minutes. Once you're on the Island, take Anna Maria's free trolley for great shopping and dining options.
