Brand new listing in Boynton Beach! Coastal cottage is a private oasis w / hot tub & less than 5 minutes to beach! Dogs are welcome!

Just a short Walk to local waterfront restaurants (Two George's and Banana Boat) and just a 1 mile walk to Oceanfront Park Beach.

Our home sleeps 8 people; we have two bedrooms with one king size memory foam bed and the other with two double memory foam beds, two baths along with a plush queen size blowup mattress and a comfortable couch for that 7th and 8th person. Our kitchen is fully equipped so you will feel right at home.

Hot tub in the backyard, Boat parking in the driveway. Two beach cruisers and a ping pong table in garage. Huge backyard screened in porch, with tiki torches and BBQ grill.

Loved the location and setup of the house.very clean and organized and uptodate with all essentials. If your a fisherman ur in luck with a drive way to support a trailer and bounton boat ramp down the road to use with bait stores along the way.

Wonderful 3 Week Stay

We came out to stay for school that I had to attend and had the best experience here. The check in process was easy. The house was extremely clean. Perfect for my wife and 5 year old. The neighborhood was great. Nice and safe. Near everything you need. Communication was great. Never had any problems. We will be staying here again.

Wonderful Experience

Great house, lovely, quiet and safe neighborhood, wonderful stay. Communication was easy and fast, and the location was perfect! Well stocked kitchen, and a lovely hot tub which we didn’t use, but we would if it had been a winter stay! The couch was big and super comfortable, the dining table is gorgeous and the variety of coffee machines was an added bonus. The screened in porch is ideal for birdwatching in the lovely back yard (the neighbors feed the birds every morning which draws a wide variety of birds) Like a lot of Florida houses it has sensitive plumbing, so toilet paper only can be flushed which wasn’t deal breaker for us but could be for some folks. We look forward to coming back to this ideal rental.

The place was in the perfect location for our needs and was very clean and peaceful. We only had one issue, and that was partly our fault... we usually lock the handle for security and accidently locked ourselves out the first night. Tiffany was very quick to respond and got us back in safe and sound. One thing I would mention on the listing.. the backyard is not fully fenced. It looks that way from the pictures, but the side yards are just bushes. No big deal, as we brought a lead for our dog to use. Just a suggestion to help future renters with fur babies. Thanks for a great experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this property for four nights and the inside of the property is as advertised - modern appliances, clean and tidy. Neighbours are nice and helpful too. One thing to be aware of, is that depending on what SatNav you may use, it might take you to the other side of NE 8th Street, on the other side of the rail tracks, which is a car breakers yard and does not fill you with glee if that is where you first arrive. However, the proper NE 8th St is lovely and quiet and no problems at all. The green furniture looks like it has taken a beating from the weather with both wooden sun loungers needing to be replaced, but once that's done and the garden gets a bit of loving care, it is a pleasant enough place to sit. Boynton Beach is okay if you plan on getting there by 0900 at weekends, as the car park quickly fills up. There are tons of other beaches though within a short drive in either direction.

The host was very welcoming and helpful. The property was in good shape and clean. it was a lacking a few things like crockery and sharp knives and it says it's for pets but the back yard is not fully fenced. Otherwise, all good.
