Boutique Style Apartment in dream location with pool 200 meters from the beach 6

  • The apartment in a complex which was completely renovated. New floors, kitchen and bathroom everything according to German standards. The complex is very well maintained and quiet. Half of the apartments are rented to locals. The atmosphere is very friendly and a positive experience. Some tenants have a cat or small dog. Beach chairs, coffee maker, microwave everything newly furnished and almost everything available on little things which are needed in the daily use.
    The location is north of Boca Raton and south of Manalapan or West Pam Beach one of the richest streets on Florida's beaches.
    Normal rentals are just email monthly with your wishes or your schedule.

Ocean Ridge

Donna & Jim were great to deal with. The complex was quiet and relaxed. Short distance to the ocean. Great area for walking. Just wished there was a light over the stove and better lighting in the apartment.

Just what we needed

We loved the feel of old-time Florida. The landscaping was mature, employees and other guests were so friendly yet non intrusive. The layout is great, it's as if the patio is an extension of the apartment. And the area is beautiful, so close to the beach and set among big beautiful houses on A1A. Also such a short ride to Delray Beach's Atlantic Ave. without being amongst the hubub. We were down from NY to visit my son, and it was perfect for us, small, quiet, but just what we needed.

Wonderful vacation and experience

We really enjoyed our vacation at this welcoming property in Ocean Ridge! This was not Old Florida as we expected but instead Old Florida hospitality with an updated flair with some Old Florida friendliness by Peter, Donna and Jim as well as the amazing and interesting guests and residents they attract and return there. Don’t bring your attitude and false expectations with you or you will not be welcome in their wonderful and friendly home. Melrose place without the drama! We will be back and made some great new friends! Bernie and Karl
