"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"

"We had a great stay in Kelowna! The location of this unit could not be any better. Close access to some fantastic restaurants and cafe’s all within a few minutes drive or short walks. The unit itself was very nice and modern with fantastic views of the beach and water. The listing was extremely accurate in all that it provided so we were not disappointed in any way. It was a great place to stay. "

"The motel was in a good location so I had an easy time getting to where I wanted to go. The light in the ceiling was pretty dim. It was hard to see anything with the blinds shut."
