"The stay was comfortable but found most staff and security sullen and came across unfriendly overall. One housekeeping staff said hello and the weekend breakfast room staff acknowledged us at breakfast. Overall, we were there but nobody really did anything to make me say wow! I’ll come back here."

"The resort itself was beautiful and the staff for the most part were amazing. They provide feee treats in the evening and very relaxed and helpful. We had a dog and although very accommodating we were not able to eat on the patio because of surrounding wildfires which we understood but literally all the other restaurants including one 5 mins walk away had their patio open so that was frustrating. The other issue was that we never had our room cleaned even though we asked for it to be done. After 3 days it needed to be done. Other than that we had a great time and very grateful to the staff with helping us and our stay at this beautiful resort."

"Really clean and bright and close enough to the beach. It was nice having a full fridge but not having plates and cutlery was inconvenient. Having to pay for coffee downstairs was disappointing but the vouchers for free wine tastings at Quails Gate more than made up for that. I would definitely stay again."

"This property is fantastic. Not only is the location perfect where it is right on the beach with lots of shops and restaurants around, but the building and room itself are also 5 star. The room was super clean when we arrived and had everything we could ever need for our stay. Having access to the pool, hot tub, and other amenities was a bonus. I would highly recommend this for anyone and would love to come back in the future!"

"great stay and for a great price, we we able to have a free breakfast evey moring of our stay which was nice, used it the morning we left. Our room was clean only thing that was "Eh" our shower would turn crazy hot and lose pressure, other then that the stay was good."
