"The staff could not have been more obliging, particularly the evening staff member. We arrived after 10pm and she was so helpful with every aspect of our arrival. The amenities were very good and the late check-out was greatly appreciated. We were disappointed with the lack of heating in the Function Room when we had gone down to have breakfast. If we had known how cold it was going to be, we would have arranged for room service. We realise how difficult it is to get Trades People on short...

"Comfortable and suitable for a night or two. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The only problem I had was that there was a step down when getting into the shower which I didn’t realise so almost tripped over towards the taps, needs a warning strip or something similar to warn there’s a step there "
