Booked a one bedroom apartment for a weekend getaway, when I arrived the booking hadn't been processed yet so needed to wait, asked at reception if they did any offers for expedia gold members but quickly got shut down in quite a rude manner. Upon arrival to room I doubd my foxtel was not working, had someone come to the room who said they'd ring foxtel, however after 30 mins I hadn't heard back from staff so went to reception to get progress from them, it was later fixed that afternoon. Complex is in a great location and the size of the apartments are fantastic just a pity in regards to the above.

The toilet was not clean when we arrived and there was no way of turning on the heating as we could not find the remote control.

The service at the hotel was fantastic Arrived very early, hours before check in, went out for lunch & the Receptionist called to say the room was ready early, then when I decided to cut my stay short & bolt due to COVID19 outbreak the Hotel offered to Bank the remaining stay so that I could come back & use it up. I had prepaid & was not expecting any form of credit or refund!!! So grateful Highly recommended Batman’s Hill Hotel
