"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. "They offered a variety of noodles and bread as well as offering cereal for breakfast options. They also had vending machines for coffee and snacks in the lounge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially being a foreigner it was easy to check in and out and the room was very spacious and provided many amenities. I'm grateful I was able to stay at this hotel for a week. "

"I stayed just for one night in this hotel. It was calm and clean. I surely can recommend it for a longer stay. And in case you need a taxi just go to the little shop in the same building around the corner. The owner of this shop is at the same time a taxi driver."

"I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too. "

"Getting access information was challenging. The apartment was very cold in the living room. The couch was very worn and not comfortable. The kitchen ceiling was brown from leak stains. There was dusty oil residue on kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable. Access to the second bathroom would have been better."
