"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. "The bed was very hard and difficult to sleep on. It was also very hot. We couldnt find any controls for the floor heating so we had to sleep with the window open. But the bath was nice and it was a sizeable room. The staff was also very helpful and held our bags for us. "

"It didn't even say smoking was allowed, the smell was so bad and I couldn't stop coughing. The hotel wouldn't refund or exchange the room so I left without getting anything. The hotels.com website didn't say it was a smoking room and I didn't get any credit."

"Great hotel within less than ten minute walk to subway train station.
The front desk was very helpful checking me in. They have free coffee, soda, and water downstairs near the front desk. That was really nice touch. The room is great for 2 people to stay in. Good shower and amenities. Very close to the train station and lots of shopping and restaurants near by. "

"Temporary parking for check-in was great! Most hotels and pensions in South Korea are a nightmare due to a lack of space/land on the property.
Cute puppy greater was a nice touch! The family was tired and hungry, but the four-legged friend cheered us up quickly! "

"I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too. "

"Getting access information was challenging. The apartment was very cold in the living room. The couch was very worn and not comfortable. The kitchen ceiling was brown from leak stains. There was dusty oil residue on kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable. Access to the second bathroom would have been better."
