"The room was okay. Stains on the carpet but no big deal. I stayed at this hotel last month and had a great experience, this time was the complete opposite. Between contacting the hotel directly and Hilton customer service, I was told I did not have a reservation although I had a reservation number from experian and the customer service rep was playing a whole guessing game with me and telling me I did not book it through Expedia . Then I’m transferred to so many different representatives and no one could help me to the point I would get transferred to someone else mid convo and back to the front desk who hung up on me cause he was too busy. "

Situated across the street from the 320 bus stop (takes you to NYC's Port Authority Bus Terminal in less than 25 minutes) The Cons: Place is not well maintained, Old and run down. Needs major overhaul. Sofa bed was unusable, broken and dirty. We're a family traveling with 3 kids, a sofa bed was a must."
