"All the staff was very helpful especially at the market. She gave me a free cup of milk to go with my milk and cereal. A few issues I had was for my room was there was a huge red stain in between the two beds on the floor and another stain on the right side of the couch. Maintenance couldn’t clean it but did put something over it so I don’t strip on it. Also this is the first time I had a hotel room not have garbage bags in the garbage can. I had to do it myself. The tissues could be better quality. Lastly, there was a towel on the shower curtain and couldn’t tell if it was used or not. Overall it was a good experience. I highly recommend the arcade and adventure area to do bobsled roller coaster and zip lining."

"The room was clean upon entering. I have children and so the room being clean is always a big factor in how I feel the stay went. There was more than enough space with the 2 Queen sized beds, and the sofa bed as well. The kids had ample space. The staff was helpful and informative when it came to letting me know how things would go with the pool, and automatically disclosed the pools hours, and the time the breakfast started and ended. The breakfast was very good. There is always eggs and sausage and then sometimes they changed between French toast, or pancakes. They also offered a variety of bread and spreads, as well as oatmeal and fruits. Parking was very limited but there was enough for us."

"Front desk wasn’t well prepare for informations Breakfast really bad coffee served in paper cup too expensive for what they offer not fresh not even appetizers at the bar everything wrapped as purchased in supermarket Room very clean Location very close to Sport Event BUT can’t walk and hotel shuttle not reliable at all and too expensive $250"
