"My room appeared clean at first, but as I stayed I noticed that the walls and glass of the shower were not. There was still hair left on the shower walls, glass door, and the bathroom door itself. It was very unsettling and made me wonder what appeared clean to the naked eye, but actually wasn’t. My bed looked clean, but you could see the space between the headboard and the wall hadn’t been touched in a while. I’d think it would be vacuumed every now and then. I’m not expecting anyone to move furniture every room clean for quick turnovers. As I lay in bed, a fairly large black spider crawled over me. That was a bit scary, coming from a person who has a fear of bugs/insects. The staff were friendly during check in and check out, so that was a nice experience. "

"Stay was mediocre. Property could use some maintenance in the parking lot and room updates. Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable at all, no trash bags in the bins, shower itself was older and had a crack in it. Staff was very nice though. "

"They have bed bugs. I was looking at price watch all day, only 2 rooms left. The first room had bed bugs everywhere then they put me in the last room available, same thing. Now I know why no one took those rooms"

"I really appreciate the Expedia who helped to booked my reservation but not satisfied with the hotel as they charged me extra as they couldn’t find my reservation in their system. They don’t know what they suppose to do . But really happy with Expedia on line service."

"Upstairs bathroom’s tub could have been cleaner and was a challenge to get into. Older home but really needed a dusting around baseboards etc. washer and dryer said they were included but we didn’t see any. No remotes for upstairs televisions. Nice location and easy to get to downtown Naperville. Owner was communicated well with the listing. "
