"This was a great stay. We were there with our 2 cats and everything worked out so well for all of us! The space was comfortable and functioned well for our stay. The location absolutely can't be beat for enjoying downtown Naperville, so close to shopping, restaurants, the riverwalk, etc. There is so much to do without ever getting in the car and having parking on site is awesome. John was an excellent host- responding prior to our arrival for questions and so helpful even after checkout as we inadvertently left an item there."

"One of the most comfortable beds I have slept on in recent memory, and a fabulously deep soaking tub. Even though I booked last minute, check-in was friendly and effortless. A short walk from the parking garage to the building but the route is covered so would have been no problem if the weather was bad, Parking is secure/covered and included in your booking price. Just don’t forget which floor you parked on, or that the highest the garage elevator goes is 5. Plenty of food options onsite including a limited menu for 24/7 in room dining. Would definitely stay again! "

"3 adults and 2 kids booked for 3 nights in the 2 queen bedroom suite. The room was in rough condition. Hole in the wall by the kitchen table, sofa bed cushions were really worn down and sunken in, marks all on the walls, bathroom tub in terrible condition, stains on the walls in the bathroom, and the sheets and towels were stained. I've never stayed in a Hilton in this condition. Breakfast had a huge selection, but be warned on the weekends it goes fast. Staff does replenish the items but it takes awhile. And the choices on Fri were more than on Sat/Sun. House keeping "cleaned" our room on Saturday. Made the beds, restocked the towels, took out the trash from the 2 cans. That was it. They didn't take all the towels on the floor, wipe anything down, vacuum, or take out the other trash in bags, give us a new hand soap, or restock the coffee cups. 5 people in this room was a lot, we could have benefited from a bit more cleaning. The pool area was empty, but tidy when we went. Hot tub was extremely foamy when it was on. The temperatures of both weren't too bad. The breakfast area has a huge seating selection that at night fills up with a ton of people. It was night to have our group sitting there to gather and talk. AC in the room worked. And the outside noise wasn't too bad. All in all our stay wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't book it again."
