"We were not able to enjoy the vacation because the room we slept in was terrible because it sounded like moving furniture and banging on the floor. Then, we raised our concerns throughout our entire stay but nothing happened. The bathroom was disgusting because it insects like cockroaches in the bathroom. They also charged for damaged utility fee, which we don't know what is that for. The smell was also horrid and bad. We were also charged for early checked in when in fact we checked in late. I won’t be recommending this place and I will never ever come back to this disgusting place ever again."

"Old hotel with much needed renovation. Bedding and towels are not even white anymore. Small bar or soap and very small bottle of shampoo is all you get. "

"We liked this hotel! When we arrived they were busy with checking in a kids soccer tournament but the manager was accommodating and very quick! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay overall. Close to Sprouts, Costco and great restaurants!"

"The room wa clean but maintenace was terrible. The water could not be metered, you only got hot or cold in the shower. It was eithe r HOt or cold, no in between. The drain was left on the floor and the aerator cover was left on the floor. The vent would not operate unless the light was on. The stairs were poorly repaid and felt like the flooor was going to give out. The cabinet in the room had holes in it and the Television did not fit in the frame they were using on the wall. They also charge my credit card for a deposit and did not return the money when I checked out. They said it would be returned"within three to five business days." thats not a deposit it's and extra charge. and extra hassle to check and make sure that they actually do refund it. "
