"Room was very nice and our bed was made even though our stay was short! Staff was kind. Breakfast was subpar especially for the price. Parking was included with our stay which was nice."

"Excellent front desk staff. Very accommodating and friendly. I enjoy staying at this hotel for the convenience to Knotts Berry Farm and the hotel accommodations. However, I do have to say the bed was really hard this time. Don’t remember it being like that before. Overall, I enjoy this hotel and would return."

"The most disgusting place Ive ever stayed. The area around where you could walk your dog to handle business was completely covered in dog and what looked to be human crap. I had to walk mine a block away. There was a homeless camp at the very back. The room; the carpet was covered in stains, the fridge and freezer had black mold and unknown substance spilled on it. The sheets had stains and a brown substance on them. When I tried to get my money back the counter person threatened to call the police on me so I left and spent the night in my car with my service dog at the VA parking lot. Absolutely the most disgusting place ive ever been"

"Parking spots need to be reconfigured as the small spaces resulted in many vehicles choosing to double park. The property is definitely dated. We were in the area for an event and had booked over a month ago, but due time the chemical leak, many families were displaced and ended up in local hotels. Due to the crowds, we opted to check out and skipped the breakfast."
