"Great hotel. My family stays here every time that we visit Knotts. It’s a short walk to the park. Be aware the hotel will charge you for the first nights stay a few days prior to your arrival and parking is $20 per night if you don’t book direct. Customer service is excellent and the entire building is very clean. Room service is great. "

"Front desk staff was great, but rooms were dirty, and un kept, dirt , dust, and bugs on the floor, and shower and restroom looked like they just did a quick wipe of the counter while everything else was pretty dirty. I would not recommend "

"There was one towel in the bathroom that looked like it was used to clean it. Filthy. The bed had a curtain used as a blanket, and when I asked for another the desk guy looked irritated that I asked for towels and blankets. I ordered a pizza and I asked the desk dood for some paper towels and he gave me Kleenex and said to use this. I will never stay there again , also there’s a bunch of homely looking people up and making noise all night, through the parking lot. Unprofessional and had no intention whatsoever for making your stay pleasant. "
