Apartment Bellavista

The "Bellavista" apartment is located in the renowned tourist destination of Palau, in the village of "Canale Liccia." The apartment building is nestled on the “Baragge” hill on the southern side of the town and overlooks the charming town and the stunning Maddalena Archipelago. The hill surrounding the village is covered in fragrant Mediterranean scrub. The apartment, approximately 45 square metres, features a living room with a kitchenette and a sleeper sofa, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. It has been recently renovated with high-quality finishes. The furniture is new, including the kitchen and appliances. It is equipped with a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, and microwave. A small iron and ironing board are also provided. A beautiful veranda—not included in the 45 square metres—covered by a waterproof thatched roof and furnished with a wooden table and spacious seating, allows you to enjoy lunch and dinner while taking in one of Sardinia’s most admired panoramic views. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, available for a fee upon request.
There are three sleeping spots (two in the master bedroom and one on the queen-size (140 cm) sofa bed, which can accommodate two children if needed). There is ample free parking near the apartment. A five-minute drive will take you to the nearest beach and the port of turistico.Il, which is part of the “La Maddalena Archipelago National Park,” a marvellous collection of rugged coastlines, sculptural rocks, and a sea of incomparable beauty, including Punta Sardegna, Capo D’Orso, the islands of La Maddalena, Spargi, Santo Stefano, Caprera, Santa Maria, and Budelli (home to the famous Rosa Beach), located in the Strait of Bonifacio—places steeped in history and featuring timeless landscapes. The town of Palau offers all the necessary amenities: bars, beer halls, pubs, lounge bars, restaurants, pizzerias, agritourism accommodation, shopping venues, and nightlife; the marina is equipped for group excursions and private boat rentals. Amenities: Linens (sheets and towels) provided, but no change of linens.
Beach towels available upon request. NO WIFI. The following are provided upon request: a cot and a high chair for meals. No other additional charges for cleaning or other services. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.; check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Parties are not allowed. Thank you for your cooperation.
