This hotel caters mainly for coach trips do service is skewed towards large parties rather than solo travellers, having said that, staff were as friendly and efficient as they could be but they were run off their feet. Great deal on set dinner and the pool was a real bonus.

Lovely hotel. Friendly reception staff. Bed really comfy. We also really enjoyed the leisure facilities. The only downside was that the bar only had one person serving so we waited in a queue for 20 mins for a drink. Help did arrive, but not very professional service from the additional server. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.

Overnight stay in Bournemouth - staff were great, location was perfect, yummy breakfast, bedroom was a good size & relatively quiet. Hotel a little tired which is sad as it’s such a beautiful building, but we enjoyed our stay at a very reasonable price.
