Good location, significant noise

On the day of check in we were moved to abother larger studio as there was an issue with the flat we had booked. Communication with the host was excellent and the new flat was only a few doors down from their office, so very convenient for check in/out. Well equipt small kitchen, nice bathroom and towels provided Good location, about 15 minutes walk from the beach and close to buses.The noise outside the property was intense and really affected our sleep during our stay. The noise continued usually until around 4am even on Sunday night, this was screaming/shouting/loud music from cars from the takeaways/bars opposite the building. Due to the hot weather, closing the windows was not an option
