Upon arrival, there was no staff at the reception desk. A guest ahead of us had already been waiting 15 minutes, and we ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before having to call for assistance from the hotel bar. When we were finally checked in, we were informed that the air conditioning in our room was leaking and were advised not to use it. Instead, two fans were placed in the room . However, even with us not using the air conditioning, it still leaked during the night !
The room itself showed signs of neglect—there was a spider web in the corner, the window wouldn't close properly, and the cupboard was covered in dust, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, additionally the lift was out of order ! On a positive note, the receptionist was honest about the situation.. I would not recommend to waste your money here!
