FREE WI-FI, SKY TV, INTERNET, Off road parking. This ground floor holiday apartment has one large bedroom with en suite, a separate kitchen with sofa table and chairs, Sky tv with Netflix, free wi-fi, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Bedding and towels are provided on arrival, the kitchen is almost completely fitted out with crockery and utensils. We recycle when possible. You can walk to Bournemouth town centre and the beach, it’ll take approximately 20 mins. The train station is a 10 min walk and the buses are close and run frequently to many beauty spots. The new BH2 cinema complex with many restaurants, is in the town centre, just a short distance away. Bournemouth has e-scooters close to our property and almost every 10 minutes a bus will take you direct to town and beach. We supply a travelcot up to a 3yr old or a small mattress up to a 5yr old. Only room for one child.

The apartment was lovely! Me and my friend was looking for a last minute place to stay for a girlie weekend in Bournemouth and we were so surprised that this place was still available. Despite being in the host’s back garden, it is very private and secluded. The space was excellent and the utilities were great. Jennifer was also so quick to respond to our questions and was very nice and reassuring. We will defo be coming back :)
This was our second time staying at this property and it's a firm favourite! Incredibly clean, comfortable space and wonderfully helpful and friendly host.
The apartment was lovely, comfortable & spotlessly clean. Although compact, there was everything we could possibly need for our four night stay. Close to amenities & a nice walk to the beach & pier at Boscombe.
Myself and my partner had a wonderful stay at this lovely little apartment, the hosts were very helpful and friendly and the accommodation had everything you could need (apart from a cafetiere so we left one there for future guests!) We would thoroughly recommend to others.

We enjoyed a really good time at the property. Well epuipped, the apartment was in a convenient position for short trips to Bournemouth, Boscombe & Christchurch. Jennifer and husband were excellent hosts. Friendly and helpful with local information.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Springbourne area of Bournemouth. The accommodation was immaculately clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It is within walking distance of the city and the beach, so it was good to forget about the car for a while. The property owner gave us a warm welcome and was helpful throughout our visit.

Comfy bed, has a fridge. Nice skylight too. Walking distance to bus stops and train station, about 15 minutes. 20 minute walk to a really nice beach and a pier. A pub is 2 blocks away.A couple of train stops away from Wool, where you can catch a bus to the Durdle Door, or Tank Museum.
The property was really clean and tidy. It was perfect for 2. The area was nice and quite but the beach just a bus ride. Shop 5 mins walk.

A wonderful find. We easily walked to town and to the beach in 15 minutes. Parking was good and although situated in a residential area it was very peaceful and quiet. It is attached to the owners property but there is a separate entrance and it felt very private. The property was well equipped and we were able to cook and enjoyed watching a few movies on the TV. We would love to come back and stay again.
Stayed for a few days whilst celebrating my daughter’s graduation. The accommodation was a lovely bright space, tastefully furnished with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. 20 mins walk to Boscombe beach which was lovely, and a quick drive or walk to Bournemouth town centre. Jennifer and her husband were very welcoming and friendly and accommodated all our needs. Lovely base from which to explore the area. Would definitely recommend.
