"My stay was great! The staff were super accommodating and very lovely. The hotel is located in a great area and the rooms were more than comfortable for a solo traveler. After coming from a horror hotel the night before, it was so nice to transfer to one that I felt safe and comfortable in."

"Not sure if all the rooms have been remodeled, but mine was all new. It was very clean and nice. Some complained of the noise on the street- I sleep with white noise and didn’t notice it a bit. It was one of my less expensive hotels that I had looked at and was nervous about choosing it. I can say I would stay here again for sure!! Also, I am a solo traveler and felt safe in the hotel and the area."

"I loved my bigger room, I believe it was the super, but it was more spacious and cozy. Love that it’s hard flooring and not carpet, and room was cleaned daily. Felt updated and more new. It was noisier given the location but wasn’t disruptive. Would recommend this style room to anyone, I got comfortable in it very quick."

"We have stayed for 7 nights, and we have booked double superior room with the balcony. However the room is still very small and not much place in a closet. The bathroom is tiny too, there was no shelf to put toiletries, or a hair brush. We’re traveled in July-August when the weather is hot, and there was no fridge in the room. That’s was the biggest negative point. If you will take the room without balcony is actually there is no room to sit in the room! Also, there was no glasses or tea spoons, or tea selections given to guests. We felt that a complimentary bottle of water would be nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, very convenient for everything either old town, beach or train station. I would recommend this hotel but only on one condition- if they will put fridge in the room."

"The property was very clean from when you walk in to the hotel and the guest room. The staff was really professional and was always ready to help with questions or if you need reservations in Nice or surrounding cities. I will definitely book with the this double tree again and highly recommend to anyone looking for conveniency to public transportation, uber, and 15 min walk from downtown area and beach."
