"I found the breakfast too limited. Not enough fruit (only apple, banana, and orange). It lacked a proper Nespresso-type coffee machine for a decent cup of coffee, and also cheese and cold cuts. but also Nutella or jam for the pancakes."

"I only stayed for 1 night for work. I dropped off my bags and didn't take a close look around. When I returned, I noticed the bathroom was filthy. Toilet seat not cleaned, face towel was used, saw what looked like blood on the bathroom door, mold on the shower curtain, and there were little flies in the sink and shower. It was almost 1am so I didn't have the energy to repack and change rooms, but I was very disappointed."

"Room was runned down. Damaged and dirty doors, towel hooks falling apart, carpet floor transitions pocking thru. Showers not cleaned after cleaning crew was done. Overall impression. I am not sure how is this facility labeled as 5 star hotel. "

"This place was excellent, the location is perfectly centered next to Southpoint and Lincoln Avenue, along with Whole Foods right across the street. Everything was fantastic other than the 3 day fire alarm, that was miserable 3 out of the 10 days I stayed. I wish I was informed before."
