"Very friendly receptionist on check-in. She noticed my wife was not very steady on her feet, so changed our room to an accessible room in an annex on the ground floor. The evening meal in the 20 du Domaine bistro restaurant was great value and they prepared a special vegetarian main course for me. Welcoming staff, very comfortable room for a family of 4, an amazing outdoors area (tennis / table tennis / pool / lawn area) with good food and drink provisions. "For the amount we paid this was excellent value for money. We were doing a one night stop over on route to Calais. Check in and out was friendly and simple. Breakfast was good as it was included in the room price but I wouldn’t have paid separately. The rooms good do with refurbishment but everything was clean. The area immediate area was not particularly nice, building work being done opposite, no green spaces etc. but there was restaurants and facilities a few minutes down the road. Overall ok...

"Had a 2 night stopover at this hotel. Fascinated by the ingenious upcycling. Lots of attention paid to being eco-friendly and eliminating unnecessary waste. The example the Greet showed was admirable and gave us a sense of being in a caring environment. Room was clean, comfortable, adequately equipped and met our needs. Only moan was that there was no net curtain on window. We were overlooked from apartments across the road, so had to keep curtain closed. "

"We stopped over night on the way to Calais from the Dordogne great position easy parking friendly helpful staff would certainly recommend for an overnight stay. Good choice of restaurants and plenty of bars young community so good entertaining area. There are some lovely buildings to look at the architecture."
