"Had to get someone on the street to call the place to open the gate . Was given the code over the phone . No signpost to indicate it was the hotel . Looks run down and not a 5 star but a 1 star . No meals on site or a bar . I was told to go to the mall for my dinner but breakfast was offered . "

"Lovely affordable BNB stay in Kazungula. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well done. Staff is local, friendly, and hospitable! I recommend calling the Inn for driving directions because the Google Maps directions were on a more difficult untarred road. As the staff will tell you, most of the drive is on a tarred road and the end of it is untarred in good condition, I drove a 2 wheel drive vehicle with no problem. "Whilst the Guesthouse is a great place and homely, there are three things that need to improve which we did not like: 1) linen was wrong size, we got a single-bed sheet on the double bed in our room + the bed cover had stains that look like blood or bodily fluids in Room 4 where we stayed.
