"Tolle Begrüßung, sehr nettes Personal. Wir haben immer wieder Ratschläge für Ausflüge und Mittag und Abendessen erhalten.
Die Zimmer waren sehr groß und geräumig. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse im ersten Stock auf den Fluss. Wir haben uns die zwei Tage richtig wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder hier hinkommen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr ehrlich und zuverlässig."

"Good value good WiFi. Should turn on air con one hour before guest arrival though if this is known ahead of time. Super helpful staff. Pictures of pool should be downplayed in advert because it is small IRL. "

"There was no pool as advertised, no wifi, our booking with Hotels.com had not been forwarded to the hotel. The family room could not fit four. They gave us two double rooms instead which was nice. The rooms were semi clean. One did not have towels. Still quite expensive "

"When we arrived, they didn’t have the Expedia reservation, which had been reserved well in advance. But it was quickly sorted with the Expedia receipt. The room was clean, the staff made us a nice coffee tray, and there was security overnight in the parking area. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There are only a few restaurants in town and a supermarket, which are all in walking distance. It was all fine for just one night. "

"The staff are fantastic. We booked this hotel as it advertised a restaurant and bar...it has neither. The "room" that breakfast is served in is very unappealing. Breakfast was of a very poor standard. WiFi is extremely slow and frustrating. Water from the shower is almost non existent. There is one TV channel which was pathetic to say the least. More pleasant surroundings would have made our stay in Maun much more enjoyable."
