It was nice. The room has wi-fi and a kitchen near the living room. There's a pool table. The owner is very nice and respectable. The other guests are quiet and it felt pretty safe. The price was really good. Thank you.
Basically stayed in a closet. Dead bugs on floor, burn marks in sheets, mold in shared bathroom and spray insulation everywhere. Single room had a lock, bed, fan, and safe with no key. Worked for what I needed but 2/10 reccomend.
Someone at the property had to let me in and text the property manager to send me my check in information. The front door barely closes, the pillows thinner than plywood and feel about as comfortable. Feels like a halfway house.
Very uncomfortable beds, very empty rooms maybe for half that price it would have been acceptable but it was dirty and smelly and temp control do not work. Neighborhood was frightening.
Room smaller than advertised, no heating, dead cockroaches, other guests extremely loud during sleeping times, the area is sketchy with late night crime and homeless people, owners will always refuse to refund you and are completely unworkable. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy. It should be a crime to list such a place.

Due to their error, I was unable to stay there. They said they would issue a full refund, but I still haven't received my money back.
The room was on the very top floor with unsafe stairs and lighting. The room was cramped, dirty beds, blanket, limited lighting a very strong smell of urine. The bathroom down the hall was equally disgusting. Filthy. I immediately left and did not stay. The property isn't fit for anyone.
No communication, no info re access codes, rats in yard, bedroom right off the kitchen - beds only, zero other furniture. No bathroom facilities at all on ground floor. No English spoken (in the USA).
Not particularly well situated for transport.
The worst experience — unsafe and falsely advertised.
Dangerous for many reasons. The owner was notified but refused to fix anything. Doors were broken and kicked in, no basic supplies (toilet paper, soap), and the unit was filthy with stained, dirty bedding. A complete fire hazard — a death trap. Neighbors screamed nightly. Read the other one-star reviews from other sites — they are accurate.
The property was inhabitable. Check in instructions were not sent. Room was at top of three flight of narror stair that did not have light. Holes in the wall window covering were torn, beds were actually cots with 2 inch foam on it. Toilet did not have any toilet paper and I cleaned. Worst part was the women yelling at other people the entire 10 minutes we were there at midnight. We did not feel safe and left right away. Would like to have refund for the booking and hope other people do not end up in this place.
IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I AM APPALLED THAT EXPEDIA WOULD STOOP SO LOW. I WILL NEVER USE EXPEDIA AGAIN. THEY DID NOT INSPECT THIS TYPE OF DIRT EVER BEFORE.
Left stranded, no communication, no where to stay after reservation was made two weeks earlier. Standing outside rats were seen running 10 feet away. Unsafe neighborhood. Horrible experience
This is the absolute worst I've ever experienced. My mom booked it before i could read the reviews. Even after reading the reviews it was wost than i imagined. Also pay attention to the price, we were charged 600 +, and the room was 2 doubles not to queens + a single. There is street parking (very narrow on busy street). I wonder if this place would even pass an inspection.
