"A nice hotel in a superb location close to the centre of Bergerac. The breakfast was very good value and had a good variety of items available. I did not have a car but there is good public parking available right outside the hotel. It is an easy walk to the train station. A refurb would be beneficial but the hotel is perfectly good as it is."

"This hotel is in a beautiful location with extensive grounds and several golf courses. The chateau is a lovely centre piece overlooking the lake. We stayed in Relais des Vigiers which is separate accommodation in the grounds. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom had a great shower. There was also an outside seating area. It was ver gomfortable. We also ate in the Bistro and the food was excellent. Would definitely recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel in an out of the way setting. Superb vistas from the gardens. The hub of the hotel is the restaurant where the staff seem to focus. Trying to get a drink whilst sitting in the garden is a but hit and miss. Very disappointing that the hotel does not appear to keep in reserve a few restaurant tables for guests. We had to eat out. "

"This hotel was in a great position to walk down to Bergerac and look around the many lovely shops and restaurants it has to offer. The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. The air con worked well in the room and there was a kettle. The only negative was that the tea bags/sugar weren’t replaced and there was no milk left.
