The generous 12 noon check-out time was great. The room was very clean and all new. The temperature was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and allowed for great sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."

I asked them to come back at 11 and they never cleaned the room until repeatedly asking both them and the front desk. The room was finally cleaned around 4:15 in the afternoon. I would have expected more from this hotel."

"Nice, basically airport hotel. Convenient location and reasonably clean with a surprisingly good breakfast included. The underground parking was a little scary (very dark and cave-like) but only $20 Euro per day. All in all a very agreeable stay before our flight home."

"Fantastic 5 star hotel! Great staff and super clean and large room. Awesome location right on Vitosha Blvd. Parking was easy but a tad expensive ($30 Euro per night). One thing to note - not all rooms have access to the pool, which is a wonderful perk. We had to pay an extra $80 Euro to use pool complex : ( The top floor bar is spectacular - definitely go! All in all a great hotel!"
