"Even in the middle of the war hotel looked good and everyone was welcoming. Once the war ends, we plan to come for vacation and stay in this hotel. Our lux room was on two levels, very spacious. There was a dining table that we used to have a dinner with the family who lived in the area. We ordered from the restaurant. Food was good and reasonably priced."

"Staff is great. Otherwise no full curtain to block out light. You will need ear plugs as cars barrel down the road. Musty old smell and a bed from the Jurrasic age. However, for the price, you can pay a few dollars more and find much better close by."

"Really pleasant hotel. Very nice staff. Clean, comfy bed and nice pillows. Wifi worked well. McDonalds, supermarkets and other shopping within a coue minutes walk. I was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator, but after sitting on a plane for hours, I'm happy to get my exercise doing stairs with my bags! I've stayed here previously and will stay again when the opportunity comes up. Two thumbs up! :-)"

"Hotel is very close to airport. Transportation from airport to hotel is very chip. Hotel is located in very well quite place; however, it is very close to McDonald and shopping center 5 minutes to walk. It is very clean place, small problem with Fi-Wi. If travel with family and kids in hotel is kitchen and playground for kids."

"The staff was fantastic!! I had a room with two double beds, and they tried to find me a room with a single, large bed that would be more comfortable. They were polite and kind from start to finish. They helped me with everything I needed. And would ask if I needed coffee or tea whenever I was in the main room. The rooms were also very nice. Good bathrooms and comfortable beds. And very clean. All around a great hotel. "

"Amazing boutique spa hotel. Gentleman at the front desk was VERY helpful organizing all my needs including a City tour of Kiev. Beautiful facility with great pool spa area. High end property. Small negative surprise to learn my room did not have a washroom and I would need to use a communal one. Was able to get upgraded to a room with a washroom for a small fee. "

"Selected this hotel because it was close to airport. I did not know it was a seasonal hotel and we arrived on the last day of the season so breakfast and airport shuttle were not available. Staff was very nice and helpful despite the language barrier. Thank goodness for google translate. Room was very clean, property was very nice. Ate dinner at onsite restaurant on arrival, food was very good. "

"Very remote location & under construction! No visible office. Met by 1 female staff & saw no one else except for restaurant staff! No check in or out! Arranged for Taxi pickup for next morning but it never showed up! Had to talk with local to get one for departure! Made me late for flight! No customer service!"
