"Convenient location but rather basic and reminded me of a student flat. Missed my flight connection so didn't arrive until the day after my first nights booking but despite there being a sign on the wall saying that No shows would be charged 50% of the first night, I didn't get any reduction in price. "The hotel is perfectly located next to the historic old town, but misses the cheesy tourist strip. The neighborhood and surrounding streets have a lot of bars and restaurants that serve locals (no english on menus) and is very lively on weekends. The receptionist and staff at hotel are polite and friendly and give good suggestions on places to visit. The wifi was quick and room spacious and clean"

Super hotel in a great location
"We had a great time here. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the piazza. The staff were really helpful, and always someone available to ask. The breakfast was outstanding! We have never seen such a spread of different foods laid out for us! The location of the hotel is great for travelling around the city. All the main attractions are easily accesible by bus, taxi, or walking. Thoroughly recommended! "
