"We loved everything about this property. Quirky decor which we loved. Lovely comfy bed and pillows and adorable bathroom. Just loved everything about it. Lovely sitting out on the upstairs terrace drinking a glass of Prosecco watching the world go by below. But what really made it special was the wonderful staff. They were all amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Friendly too. We were made to feel so welcome. Thankyou Pilgrm. We will be back. "

"All rooms listed as VIP rooms are handicap accessible with very low bathroom vanities. The entire bathroom floor gets soaking wet after each shower. There is no light above the bathroom vanity. There are no drawers or even shelves for clothing. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again. However the restaurant is fabulous. "

"This was a great hotel to stay at our location as the restaurants, the tube and other attractions were close by! Kensington Park is just across the street so a great place to hang out when you’re not busy sightseeing!"

"Sloane Place.... is in the right place! The location was perfect... two minute walk from the Tube (Circle and District lines) and a bus stop... only a mile's walk to Harrod's, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace- Parliament Square/St. James Park just beyond that. The room itself was not huge but was certainly adequate with TWO comfortable chairs to sit in. The staff was very helpful, and the cleaning service was excellent. "
