"Worst hotel ever. AC didn’t work. The woman at the lobby had an attitude like didn’t like her job. I won’t ever stay there again."

"Reservation desk took my id behind THICK glass. No other info abt hotel/amenities provided. Couldn't find a luggage cart (on leaving...found a partial cart...the tall end for pushing was broken off). Small room. Mold around window, no luggage rack, rough use of room, ink marks on linens, ants in entire area, gnats in bathroom drain. Poor repairs. No effort to patch walls or take down all replaced parts. Area near hotel seemed a little sketchy. General impression of hotel: run down. Husband looked in on breakfast room the next morning, but consumed food (minimal to start with) not replenished. Initially, we were excited abt cheap cost, but got what we paid for."

"Our family stayed in Room #305 while visiting the area for a wedding weekend. We arrived late Friday evening and, after a long day of travel, went straight to bed. It wasn’t until Saturday morning, while getting ready, that we discovered the shocking condition of the room. The bathroom contained what appeared to be dried blood splattered across the ceiling and walls. In addition, the bathroom door was visibly damaged and looked as though it had been punched or struck with considerable force. Finding what appeared to be biological residue in a guest room was both disturbing and unacceptable. This was not simply a minor housekeeping oversight—it reflects a serious failure in basic cleaning, sanitation, and room inspection procedures. No guest should ever walk into a room in this condition, let alone discover it after spending the night there. The fact that Room #305 was deemed ready for occupancy raises significant concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness standards and quality control practices. We chose this hotel expecting a clean, safe, and properly maintained room. Instead, we were met with conditions that were unsanitary, unsettling, and entirely inconsistent with what paying guests should expect to receive. It was so disgusting that we ended up not staying our second PAID night and drove back home after our long Saturday event."

"A couple things I did not like….first thing is..they do say self parking is $15 but what they don’t tell you is that…it’s $15 if you stay in the garage all day and don’t go anywhere…other than that you have to pay multi times and the second thing was the room had a odd smell when we walked in but with a lil spray it was fine! Now to the things I did like…the hotel itself is very nice…when u walk in it’s very welcoming. And it’s close to any of the things we did while we were there!"

"Check in was a nightmare we waited an hour in an unconditioned lobby for the staff to figure out an error on their end resulting in us being overcharged. It was so hot that my two children and I stepped outside to let my husband handle it. Baby roaches were all over the front steps, so we went back in and sat in the heat. The 7th floor smelled of animal urine. The tub in the room backed up resulting in cool stagnant water while showering . The room phone was broken. The wall AC WAS SOOOO LOUD! It woke us up each time it cut back on. One of the bed linens had brown stains all over the white comforter. Check out was equally as miserable. The day of check out we were charged two separate totals for the one room we were in. All likely due to the same error that occurred at check in. (The lady deleted the information attached to hotel.com that is apparently a big NO NO, resulting in cards being charged over and over. We have now frozen the card and called our bank. As I sit here at 630pm after check out at 0700am I recieved ANOTHER notification from the bank that the hotel that was PAID IN FULL at check in it attempting to charge me AGIAN!! The pool and restaurant were closed and have been for sometime with no real ETA on opening. Breakfast minimal and stale at best. Stale muffins left open to air, cereal, and plain bread or a bagel with a toaster. BUYER BEWARE!!"

"Booked a king bed, was upgraded to a suite with a king Murphy bed. Bed collapsed on us, engineering came up to check on it, and they found screws missing. We switched rooms out of concern for our safety and were moved to a room with a double bed. Tried booking a good place near the aquarium for a loved one’s birthday but we’ll be staying somewhere else next time we visit for sure."

"I will Never be coming back here again. First the elevator was broken so I had to walk to my room. Next when I went to use the microwave there were roaches in the microwave and all over the tables. When I went to check out and asked for a Refund I was told I had to wait for a manager to authorize the refund. Then when I called the next day I was told the manager won’t be in until Monday. If I could give no stars I would have ! ."
