This rustic villa near the top of Sugar Mountain features an incredible mountain and valley view starring the profile of Beech Mountain. The lovely covered balcony is an extension of the living space, itself sporting a corner-set stone front fireplace. Sip on a beverage and enjoy the crackle of the wood fire in the evening after prepping a meal in the fully equipped kitchen. And hang out with friends and family because this villa can sleep up to six with a queen in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Close to all attractions and amenities including Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, golf and tennis. You can even pick up the hiking and biking trails from this neighborhood.

Sugar Mountain Resort is just a short drive from this condo, where you'll find an outdoor skating rink, snow tubing, mountain bike tours and a full golf course. There are plenty of restaurants close by, including The Pedalin’ Pig and Elevations Restaurant.
