"Great places to stay with good amenities and close to grandfather Mountain "

"Perfect house for what we needed! We were celebrating my daughter turning 9 with a trip to Tweetsie. We also did the alpine coaster & grandfather mountain. This house was situated between all of them. My children each brought a friend, so the bedrooms upstairs were perfect for that. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils. The beds were comfy. The children loved the downstairs game room & hot tub. My only issue- no hair dryers. The description stated each bathroom had a hairdryer therefore I didn’t pack one & there wasn’t one there. Overall, this house was great & checked all the boxes for what I was looking for. "

"The Ivey's probably get tired of guests gushing about their place, but count me as a gusher! The outdoor patio area is every bit as beautiful as the pictures indicate. We indulged ourselves with the hottub, corn hole, the outdoor grill, the firepit, darts as well as the pool table. Never a dull moment. The bedroom configuration offers plenty of privacy for everyone. The indoor dining table comfortably seats 12. Location is a perfect launch point for a variety of activities in the area. Be aware that the views from the back are not 'panoramic' of the mountains, but idyllic none-the-less. Highly recommended. "

"We booked this house for our party of 12 including adults, teenagers, and young children. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful decor, serene location, proximity to activities, and included amenities. The kids loved the arcade game and pool table while the adults were grateful for the well stocked kitchen. When several problems popped up (electrical upstairs and missing bedding for the rollaway bed,) the call center arranged for a quick response. Deer were spotted around the cabin and the fire pits were well loved. "
