"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel - and I let the reception staff know how much we liked it on checking out. The beds were comfortable, the shower was efficient and it was good to have two chairs in the room to relax in. I particularly liked the breakfast buffet. No hot dishes but that was fine with me. "Great hotel at the end of Sardinero beach. close to the path that leads round to the cove beaches next to the golf course. closest bus routes are the 1, 2, and 4 lines from the town centre... unfortunately no direct bus from the airport so you need to change at the bus station. I had a sea view balcony room which was superb, with a big balcony and huge bed. even saw a sea rescue drill... see images. air con is efficient and quiet and shower is a huge walk in rain shower with plenty of hot water. black out curtains are good as the sun rises in front of the hotel which is east facing. the room I had included a fridge and a separate hallway which is unusual for a hotel.. but great for keeping out the noise. the TV is not smart so I couldn't access my YouTube channel.. they should fix this as most people have media channels accounts nowadays. breakfast is OK but no egg bar and only scrambled eggs available which after two days I was sick of. the hotel has a fancy bar and restaurant but I eat out... there is a small Italian restaurant nearby and two good supermarkets for convenience. I didn't use the infinity pool but it looked decent, albeit small. I paid a lot for the deluxe room (€200 a night!), so I can't say it was excellent value for money due to the high price paid. but overall, I enjoyed the accommodation and special mention to the receptionist Jeimy who was super nice."

"The hotel was beautiful overlooking the ocean. When we registered the receptionist was a bit short with us . We checked in earlier than expected instead of the usual 3:00 pm. The room they provided us on the 3 rd floor overlooking ocean had a odd odor. We addressed this issue with reception and maintenance provided a service. The odor was fowl and we addressed this matter with reception and the provided us with an upgraded room . We had a wonderful time and the staff were very nice and helpful."

"The room was spacious and faced west, so wonderfully cool in the morning. Staff were lovely and helped us a lot with our dismal ability to speak Spanish. Everything well maintained and the one small problem we had was quickly dealt with. Breakfast was good with fresh squeezed oranges & excellent coffee.we had a couple of evening meals which were fine- and always enjoyed a nightcap wherever we might have been. Location perfect for busses to Santander, plus a handy supermarket. Being located at the back we were never disturbed at mighty and would recommend it to anyone wh did not want to drive much on the right. Mind you., the location is conducive to driving anywhere!"
