"This is a great hotel, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Its great having a bath and seperate walk in shower.
What really sets this hotel apart are the fabulous leisure facilities that can be accessed and the price is included in the cost of the hotel booking - not an extra add on. "
"Staff were fantastic, professional and very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you.
Food at restaurant was absolutely amazing. The small local bar attached was very good. The shower in room was one of the best I have experienced. Very good value for money."
"upon arriving,it was easy access to the flat, first appearance, it looked okay, you’re going to the first bedroom. There was clothes in the wardrobe like someone’s is living there and only left when the flat has been rented out.One bed was at the normal size and the other bed was really low to the ground, there was food in the kitchen,no instructions on how to use the oven or the air fryer no instructions for anything really, apart from empty the bins but don’t tell you where the bins are.couldn’t work out when the heating came on and off.one person could only have a shower in the evening because I tried to have a shower in the morning and the water was absolutely freezing. There is no sofa for you to sit on in the open plan kitchen dining room area just table and chairs,no TV whatsoever so make sure you take something to entertain yourself.I figured out in the end when I’d strip the beds before leaving that the bed in the second bedroom that was low to the ground was a sofa bed with burn marks on it,it was so uncomfortable didn’t really get much sleep. The neighbour was constantly playing music at night time until 2- 3 o’clock in the morning.Again didn’t get much sleep two of people ended up leaving and going and staying with family while one person stayed. They didn’t get any sleep and ended up having to leave at 3 am because they had to drive back five hours to where they lived. So nobody stayed the full duration of what they paid. The main door handle broke next door had to help "
"Homely family run hotel in its 40th year. Traditional rooms, but very nice. Rooms 2 and 5 are the ones to go for it you get the opportunity. Book early! The hotel sells out fast."
"Beautiful well appointed property. 5 adults plus baby (used the bunk bed which was still fine for adult son. Loads of little extras including milk in fridge and tea and coffee. Sadly we didn’t stay long due to dreadful delays at airport, but we definitely would recommend this fit a weekend of weeklong stay "
