"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. "L'extérieur est très bien au calme et vue magnifique je regrette que l'intérieur du chalet ne corresponde pas aux photos en effet j'ai eu l'impression qu'on m'avait prêté le chalet beaucoup d'effets personnels qui ne nous concernaient pas et qui encombraient inutilement le chalet sans parler de la cave qui était pratiquement inutilisable ce chalet est resté dans son jus moquettes partout et aurait besoin d'être rénové dommage le lieu est vraiment agréable "
