Large, clean rooms, underground parking/bike storage, on-site laundry, pool, delicious breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Andrea at the front desk is delightful. "It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."
"I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent

"Just loved this place!! Very classy and well organized/runned! Beautiful! They thought of everything! The place is adorable. The room was great and overlooked the pool. We did reserve a room with a view of the water but really couldn't see it.and a high floor but got 2nd floor which was fine. Beautiful little courtyard. They gave us a complimentary glass of prosecco and some snacks when we arrived. The room was stocked with a little refridge and everything was complimentary in it except for the liquor. There were 2 apples and a muffin and some cookies on the little table in your room. They supply robes/slippers, shampoo and conditioner, dryer for you. Not many places in Switzerland give you toiletries in the room (we stayed at many places too). The pool is heated and very clean. This place was the best. Walkable to the water and little town (old town), Restaurants. Staff was very accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff works very hard. They also give you a pass coupon that allows you free transportation/buses/trains in that area. Most places do; you just have to ask for it. Places close early. A good 20 minutes walk to the town along the water."

"Room was very clean. Hotel interior was very impressive a beautiful marble staircase. The reason I scored a little low was was the exterior of the hotel definitely need some maintenance. It is really showing its age. I couldn't really comment positively on the staff because there wasn't any. This is due to this being a unique hotel and having an electronic booking system where there is no reception but you do everything online. And this also includes getting your barcode for your hotel room. This was unique and actually quite useful. I would definitely recommend this hotel especially at the price that they were offering such a great room. I would definitely stay here again"
