"It was a bit of a faff but one we’d figure it it smoothed out. We managed to check in with our QR code and the room was huge but the best view of the lake! It was very warm in the room and comfortable but the sofa bed was awful! We booked a 4 person room so we could get the view and that did not let us down!!!"

"The room was spacious and clean and had everything that we needed. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions despite a slight language barrier at times. There's plenty of parking and the location is great for visiting Ponte dei Salti, Locarno and Ascona (our favourite). What stood out most to us was the view from our room - we were in the front of the hotel and it was stunning. The only slight downside is that breakfast was quite limited (a very small buffet), but it was free, so not an issue. We hope to return 🙂"

"I would highly recommend this hotel. Close to train station, beautiful lakeside location, lakeside walk to Locarno or 2 minute train ride whichever you prefer. Paddleboards and bicycles provided by the hotel for your use throughout your stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful! Resataurant is excellent I will definitely be coming back "
